Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Hand over your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
